A sunlit living room in an older house. Long sheer white curtains hang across a tall double-hung window right of centre, and morning light pours through them across a pale linen sofa, a low pale wood table holding a plain vase of green stems and two unmarked stoneware mugs, and a cream wool rug. A cast iron radiator stands against the wall to the right of the window. The left of the room is empty sunlit wall and pale floor, and the light grows brighter toward the foreground until the bottom of the picture washes almost to white.

How we work

A clean starts at

$133

a visit, weekly

The price comes from three things you already know: how big the home is, how many bedrooms and bathrooms it has, and how often we come. The more often we come, the less there is to do — so the price drops and stays down.

  • Weeklybest price$133
  • Every Other Week$142
  • Every 4 Weeks$150
  • One-Time$166

Shown for the smallest home. Every 500 sq ft adds $20, each extra bedroom $10, each extra bathroom $10 — before the frequency discount.

The same room, twice

The two rooms you would check first.

Same position, same light, same fixtures. Nothing moves between the left frame and the right one except the cleaning.

Before cleaning: a family kitchen with white cabinets and a butcher-block counter. Breakfast dishes and bowls fill the stainless sink, cereal and crumbs are scattered across the counter and oak floor, brown coffee rings ring the base of the coffee maker, the gas hob and grates are spattered with dried grease, a dish towel lies on the floor and the bin is overflowing. Before
After cleaning: the same kitchen from the same doorway in the same overcast morning light. The sink is empty and the stainless polished dry, the counter is clear and wiped with the coffee rings gone, the gas hob and grates are degreased, the fridge door is streak-free, the floor is swept and mopped, the towel is hung on the oven handle and the bin has a fresh liner. The cabinets keep their chipped paint and the counter its worn edge. After
Before cleaning: a 1920s bathroom with mint-green wall tile and a black-bordered hex tile floor. The sliding glass shower door is clouded almost opaque with chalky hard-water scale and soap scum, the chrome shower head and taps are crusted with limescale, rust-brown mineral staining runs down the tub around the drain, the sink and mirror are flecked with dried toothpaste, and a damp towel lies crumpled on the floor beside an overfull bin. Before
After cleaning: the same bathroom from the same doorway in the same flat midday light. The shower door glass is now clear enough to read the green tile behind it, the chrome shower head, taps and door frame are descaled and polished, the tub is white with the drain staining and grime ring gone, the mirror and sink are spotless, the floor grout is noticeably lighter, the towel is folded on the rail and the bin is empty. The tile is still vintage and the radiator still wears its thick old paint. After
