    The clean is not a vibe and it is not down to who turns up. It runs to a written checklist, which means the third visit looks like the first one and you can point at the list when it does not.

    If something on the list was missed, tell us and we deal with it. A guarantee you have to argue about is not a guarantee.

What arrives with the crew

We bring everything.

Professional-grade supplies and equipment arrive with the crew and leave with them. Nothing under your sink gets used and nothing gets left behind.

It matters more than it sounds. A cleaner working from whatever is in the cupboard is working with an unknown — the wrong product on stone, on sealed wood or on a vinyl floor does damage that does not come back. Bringing our own means we know what is going on every surface, and we can tell you what it was.

After cleaning: the same basement from the same angle under the same bare bulb. The lint is stripped from the dryer and vent hose, the joists, pipes and window are brushed clear of dust and cobwebs so the glass block reads bright green again, the laundry is folded into the baskets and stacked on the table, the detergent is reduced to two jugs, the hose is stowed on the shelving and the concrete floor is swept and mopped with the drain surround scrubbed. The flaking wall paint, the efflorescence and the dented old machines are all still there.

Seven days a week

Seven days, 8am to 10pm.

Not office hours. Weekend hours, evening hours, and the slot before work — the booking form shows what is actually free rather than asking you to call and find out.

A clean starting at 8am on a Saturday is a normal booking here, and so is one that starts after you get home. The late end of the day is the part most cleaning companies do not offer and most people actually need.
