Move In / Move Out
An empty house, taken back to a handover standard.
Priced from the size of your home

What it is
The job, plainly.
A Move In/Out is done on an empty house, which is the only time the insides of things are reachable. Cabinets, drawers, closets, the oven and the refrigerator all get opened. Floors get done last, once the furniture marks are off the walls and the dust is out of the tracks.
Who it suits
01
You are a tenant and the deposit is being held against the condition of the place.
02
You are selling, and the photographs or the final walkthrough are booked.
03
You have just bought, and you want the previous owner out of the house before the boxes arrive.
What is not included
Where we stop.
- Exterior windows, and anything that needs more than a two-step stool
- Washing walls or ceilings floor to ceiling
- Carpet shampooing, tile regrouting and floor refinishing
- Moving furniture heavier than one person can shift alone
- Pet waste and litter boxes
- Mould remediation, biohazard, and post-fire or post-flood work
- Hauling away junk, boxes or construction debris
- Homes in hoarding or heavy-clutter condition, which need their own quote
The cabinet, oven and refrigerator interiors are already in the list above rather than sold back to you. Dishes and wet-wiped window blinds are still separate, and are added in the booking form.
How the price works
Priced from the size of your home.
There is no flat move-out fee, and quoting one blind would be guessing at your house. The booking form builds the total from the square footage, the bedrooms and bathrooms, and how often you want us — a move-out is normally a one-time clean. The number is on screen before you book.
