Most cleaning companies make you ring up and describe your house to somebody who then guesses. We do not. The price is built from things you already know about your home, and you see it before you commit to anything.
Three things move the number.
How big the home is
Square footage, in bands. Each 500 sq ft band adds $20 to the job.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Each bedroom past the first adds $10. Bathrooms are counted separately because they take the longest per square foot of anywhere in a house.
How often we come
One-time, every four weeks, every other week, or weekly. The more often we come the less there is to do, and the recurring price reflects that.
What is included either way.
Basic or deep, every clean includes all four of these. If something is not right, call and we will come back to it.
